Hotel where members of the press and photographers determined
the Miss Photogenic award. The finalists were interviewed and
selected during the preliminary events. Their scores were then
erased during the final interview held on stage. This time, the
contestants drew the name of the judge who asked them a question.
Depending on their answers and over-all appearance, they were
scored and ranked into second runner-up, first runner-up, and
titleholder. Miss Queen Jamaica was asked about September 11,
while Miss Queen Philippines was asked about her view of the world
as it now stands. Both young women answered their questions well;
